Items offered for sale by AAA Animal Exchange are legally taken and can legally be sold by us in accordance with the laws of Indiana. By placing your order and accepting delivery, the buyer represents to us that they have checked with their local fish and wildlife authorities and that the item(s) can be imported and possessed by that buyer in accordance with the laws of their state. AAA Animal Exchange assumes no liability for the purchase, possession, or sale of any wildlife product(s) prohibited in the buyer's state. In the event that you order an item that you cannot legally possess, AAA Animal Exchange will hold you responsible for all legal fees and penalties incurred. This price list shall be interpreted to mean AAA Animal Exchange is not offering to sell items of which the sale is prohibited in your state.

ORDERING: You can place an order Monday - Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm Eastern Standard Time. If we are unavailable to take you call/order at that time, please leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. All orders are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice. All special orders require a 50% deposit.
PAYMENT: We accept cashiers check, money order, Visa & MasterCard. Personal and Business checks will be accepted, but must clear (7-10 business days) before merchandise will be shipped. We will ship COD on a case by case basis only. ALL S/H/I charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
SHIPPING: Shipping will be done by USPS and UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. We will not ship to a PO Box. You can expect your merchandise to arrive within 3-7 days. On items that need to be shipped via freight, please contact us for a quote prior to purchase. Any crating costs (if necessary) for larger items are the responsibility of the purchaser. All items shipped will be insured for the purchase price.All shipping, handling and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED).
RETURNS: Any and all returns must be authorized by AAA Animal Exchange in advance. Upon receiving authorization, you may return (at buyer's expense) any unaltered item in it's original packaging within 5 days of receipt. You will receive a refund, minus S/H/I and a 15% restocking fee. Skins and Capes that have been soaked, worked up or altered in any way are NON-REFUNDABLE. Upon receipt, open box and inspect merchandise. If you have any questions or if there is a problem, contact us immediately. If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, the restocking fee will not apply and we will be responsible for return shipping.
